Job Summary:
Duke’s Discount Grocery is looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Merchandisers. In this role, you'll be responsible for stocking shelves, organizing products, and making sure our store stays clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop. If you enjoy staying active and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock shelves and display areas with products, especially dairy, frozen, and other grocery items.

• Check for product accuracy and quality while stocking.

• Rotate items to ensure older products are used first (FIFO).

• Maintain a clean and organized stock area and sales floor.

• Follow all safety guidelines while handling products.

• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving inventory.

• Communicate any stock issues, low inventory, or damaged items to the supervisor.

• Provide friendly, helpful service if customers have questions on the floor.

• Help set up in-store displays and promotions as needed.
